PRIVACY NOTICE · EFFECTIVE AUGUST 9, 2026

Minimal data.
Clear purpose.

MarginChef is a service of Eat Moore LLC. This notice explains how the public website and the enterprise margin thesis booking process handle personal information.

What the website collects

The public MarginChef website is static and does not operate a first-party lead database or accept file uploads. Its opportunity calculator runs in the visitor's browser. Standard hosting and security logs may include IP address, browser details, requested page, timestamp, and diagnostic information.

What the booking page collects

The booking link opens a Google Calendar appointment page. Google collects the information entered there, including name, email address, company and location count, approximate annual food sales, priority margin system, selected time, and related scheduling metadata. Google processes that information under its own privacy terms. MarginChef receives the booking in Brandon Moore's calendar and at eatmoorefl@gmail.com.

How information is used

MarginChef does not sell personal information. Booking information is not used to train a public AI model.

Sharing and retention

Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the website, calendar, email, security, and professional services. It is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, an active business relationship, dispute prevention, or legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified where practical.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete booking information by emailing eatmoorefl@gmail.com. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary to protect legitimate business interests.

Security and updates

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security. This notice may be updated as the service or vendor stack changes; the effective date above will identify the current version.
