MarginChef is operated by Brandon Moore. This notice explains how the public website and the enterprise margin thesis inquiry process handle personal information. The final contracting entity will be disclosed and verified before executable enterprise paper.
What the website collects
The public MarginChef website is static and does not operate a first-party lead database or accept file uploads. Its opportunity calculator runs in the visitor's browser. The calculator estimate is excluded from an inquiry by default; a visitor may explicitly choose to add the visible estimate to an email draft that their own email application creates. MarginChef does not upload or store the estimate on the website. Standard hosting and security logs may include IP address, browser details, requested page, timestamp, and diagnostic information.
Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate page-view, referrer, device, and location reporting. It does not use analytics cookies or collect form-field values, email addresses, phone numbers, or client financial data. Paid campaign breakdowns and custom behavioral events are not enabled.
What the inquiry process collects
The homepage inquiry builder runs entirely in the visitor's browser and either opens the visitor's email application or copies a qualification draft at the visitor's request. The website does not receive or store the fields while they are being completed. If the visitor arrived through a campaign-tagged link, the builder may add allowlisted, non-personal source labels—source, medium, campaign, content, and reference—to that draft. Unknown parameters are ignored, values are normalized and length-limited, and no campaign label is stored in a cookie or local storage. The visitor's email provider and Google Workspace process the draft and source labels only after the visitor sends it.
If a visitor uses the Google Calendar booking page, Google Workspace processes the name, email address, phone number, selected time, and resulting calendar and Google Meet records for scheduling and service communication. MarginChef also receives direct inquiries through onboard@getmarginchef.com.
How information is used
- Schedule, prepare for, and conduct the requested meeting.
- Assess fit for a MarginChef pilot and respond to the inquiry.
- Maintain business records, prevent abuse, and protect the service.
- Meet legal, accounting, or contractual obligations.
MarginChef does not sell personal information. Inquiry information is not used to train a public AI model.
Sharing and retention
Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the website, calendar, email, security, and professional services. It is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, an active business relationship, dispute prevention, or legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified where practical.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information by emailing onboard@getmarginchef.com. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary to protect legitimate business interests.
Security and updates
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security. This notice may be updated as the service or vendor stack changes; the effective date above will identify the current version.
